Downscaled variant. 83 km and +3,431 m against 134 km and +6,642 m in the full plan — ascent cut by 48%. The key move is riding the Koruldi jeep track UP on D4 and walking Guli Pass DOWN to Mazeri on D5, which removes 1,300 m of climbing while keeping the pass and the high camp. Lagem Pass is dropped. D1, D2 and D12 are transfer days and carry no track.
